For this project I had to take a few different views to find the best composition for my still life, and I thought that this was the best choice. A thumbnail sketch is a sketch of the original but smaller. The view finder helped me find an amazing view on the makeup setup. I was able to look through the view finder and it showed only parts of my still life instead of just drawing the whole thing. To make the still life look three dimensional I added shading and highlights through out the picture. I also used different lines to make the objects in the picture look rounded instead of flat and dull. The light source was created by highlights and shading, I also made the background light and dark, giving it a lighter feel.
